Bono, U2

After tagging along on U2's private jet from Miami to Charlotte, when we arrived at the venue for that evening's gig what should be pitched up right beside us but an old school American circus.

Bono's eye's started twinkling as he whispered to me, "Shall we go and do some pictures?"

Well who am I to say no to an opportunity like that!

Of course U2's obsession with contemporary show business fitted perfectly with the old world circus theme.

And as we walked in there it was, 'The Greatest Show on Earth'.

As they say in the biz, 'A gift'!
