Shot at the first of a sold out run of shows  at London's Wembley Arena.

If ever there was a cavernous and soulless venue then Wembley Arena is it.

My first proper gig at age 16 was seeing Pink Floyd there around 1977 on the Animals tour and it was such a hollow experience that I swore I'd never go to another enormo dome show again.

Then I started working in the music biz and went to more of these venues than I care to remember!

This shot is from right at the beginning of the show before the soon to be renamed 'Squiggle' had even strapped on his guitar. 

Sometime the best shots do come from the start of a gig.
